Calling all curious minds!
Mark your calendars for the exciting Boots & Roots event, taking place on Wednesday, April 30th, from 8:30 am to 12:30pm at the Crook County Fairgrounds. This free, educational program is designed specifically for 4th and 5th graders in Crook County to explore the fascinating world of farming, ranching, and rodeo.
“Boots & Roots is a fantastic opportunity for our young learners to connect with the rich heritage of our community,” says Jake Huffman, Principal of Crook County High School, “We want to spark their curiosity about where their food comes from and the vital role farming, ranching and rodeo plays in our lives.”
